Judge measured VT calls
Enter undercut, porosity, fillet size, profile, crack, fusion, and overlap findings. WeldVT applies the active AWS D1.1:2025 visual criteria for the weld context.
Offline visual weld inspection reports for AWS D1.1:2025 VT calls, NCRs, repair re-inspection, and inspector-attested shift records.

Loading class, base-metal thickness, primary-member status, and transverse tensile-stress flags drive the active limits. Missing safety-critical context blocks export.
Rejected welds carry NCR numbers, measured-versus-limit values, clause citations, and repair re-inspection status. Reports include a weld-by-weld ledger and inspector identity.
Weld W-114 has measured undercut of 0.04 in on 1/2 in statically loaded plate. WeldVT compares it to the 1/32 in active limit and marks the call REJECT. Porosity, fillet size, and profile can still show ACCEPT when their measured values are within limit.
Core inspection, local autosave, the D1.1 judgment engine, and PDF report generation run without an Anvilfield account or cloud backend.
WeldVT assists qualified inspectors with recordkeeping and measured-call judgment. It does not replace AWS CWI certification, the published standard, contract documents, the Engineer of Record, or the AHJ.
