Bid Control is PorchRocket's product for public bids for every trade. Use it when the question is which public owner has advertised work that fits the crew, rather than which private properties to approach. Bring the current owner-issued scope, due date and submission requirements into the estimate before deciding whether to bid.
Used across 3 Anvilfield field guides, most in Plumbing.
