Readiness check

Is a construction robot the right call or just hype?

A construction robot pays off on the right task with a good model behind it and the safety handled, and disappoints when it is bought as magic for a one-off. Answer for how you would actually deploy it, not the sales demo. The score stays on your device; enter an email only if you want the robotics readiness checklist sent over.

1. Is the target a repetitive, high-volume, structured task (not a custom one-off)?
2. Do you understand the robot augments the crew, not replaces the trade?
3. Is there a good coordinated model and survey control to feed it?
4. Do you treat the robot as a moving hazard (exclusion zone, e-stop, awareness)?
5. Is there a trained operator for setup, supervision, and exceptions?
6. Have you sized the ROI against the volume (does the repetition justify it)?
7. Does the robot fit the workflow (site readiness, schedule, other trades)?
8. Are you starting with a pilot to prove it before scaling?
