K-factor

A transformer's rating for handling harmonic heating, from K-1 to K-50 under UL 1561

HVAC: The manufacturer's calibration constant that converts the inlet sensor's velocity pressure to airflow for that box size
Plumbing: A sprinkler's flow coefficient; flow equals K times the square root of pressure, so a larger K passes more water
